Can I Branco hair products on my natural hair?

Yes! All our products can be used on all hair types
Our products have been tried and tested on ALL hair types.
 

How long does shipping take?

Please check product description for processing times, once the product has been shipped out to you. Please allow a further 1-3 days for it to be delivered to you. Please note that we are not liable for any delay caused by the shipping company
 

Do you sell hair?

Do you do emergency / last-minute appointments?

Last-minute appointments are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

Where do I send my hair to before my appointment?

Unit 97, 275 New North Road, London, Islington, N1 7AA. Please include your measurements where applicable

What measurements do you need to make my wig?



Where are you based?

I’m home-based in Shoreditch/Hackney. Full address details will be sent once your booking is confirmed.

Can I get a refund/exchange? 

All sales are FINAL therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges, however, if you have an issue with your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
 

Can I wash my melt band?

Yes! We recommend washing the melt band by hand. Soak in lukewarm water with soap and gently clean the band for best results.
